Offline Update possibility for  b4 Controller

As of V7.5 Revision 43747 (hotfix 206333) release, customers that are unable to reach our b4update.amdosoft.com and b4update-cvs.amdosoft.com repositories, either directly or through HTTP Proxy, have the possibility to order an Offline Update Package for their running b4 revision.

After made available, the Offline Update Package can then be manually downloaded from web, copied to the b4 Controller and further installed using the Update Manager perspective.
